入排标准
入选标准
- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status I and II patients.
- •2.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia, lasting upto 2 hours .
- •3.Both male and female patients in the age group 18â??60 years.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal or unwillingness to participate in the study.
- •2.ASA>=III
- •3.Patients allergic to dexmedetomidine.
- •4.Those who have coexisting cardio-respiratory disease e.g. ventricular dysfunction.
- •5.Patients with AV Block.
- •6.Patients on chronic beta blocker and opioid therapy.
- •7.Metabolic disease, endocrine disease, renal disease
- •8.Patients with morbid obesity i.e., BMI>=30 Kg/m2.
- •9.Pregnancy and lactation
