1.Age more than 18-year-old with hospital admission with the principal diagnosis of acute decompensated heart failure within 24 hours of the hospital visit.
2.Presence of at least one symptoms and signs of volume overload: orthopnea, paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, jugular venous distension, lung crepitation.
1.Hydrochlorothiazide, acetazolamide, or tolvaptan use within 48 hours prior to the enrollment period
2.Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg or mean arterial pressure < 65 mmHg
3.Inotrope or vasopressor usage
4.Glomerular function rate < 30 ml/min/1.73m2
5.Use of renal replacement therapy or ultrafiltration
6.Exposure to intravenous contrast agents anticipated within the next 72 hours
7.Need for invasive mechanical ventilation
8.Concurrent diagnosis of an acute coronary syndrome
9.History of cardiac transplantation and/or ventricular assist device
10.Pregnant or currently breastfeeding
