Inclusion Criteria
The Study Includes -
1. patients scheduled for cardiac surgery,
2. patients > 18 years old
3. patients who willing to participate .
Exclusion Criteria
preoperative cardiac patients excluded who- 1.patients with cognitive or neurological deficit
2.patients with coexisting acute or chronic respiratory disorders
3.Below 18 years.
4.Patient with nostril injury / nostril surgery /NG tube placed.
