- •All children less than one year, admitted with bronchiolitis and modified TAL score more than 5 initiated on HHHFNC support.
排除标准
- •Children with preexisting cardiac illness, neuromuscular diseases, chronic lung diseases.
- •Children with orofacial anomalies
- •Children who are born less than 37 weeks
- •Children on home NIV
