Inclusion Criteria
Patients having clinical presentation of Hypothyroidism and already diagnosed case of Hypothyroidism.
Patients with serum TSH level > 5 μIU/ml to 50 μIU/ml only
Exclusion Criteria
patient age below 18 years and above 45 years
Pregnant & lactating mother.
Patients with severe systemic illness, psychiatric illness, who are under long term medication for other illness, major surgery
Patients with congenital Hypothyroidism and complicated cases of thyroid diseases.
Patient without written consent.

Name Time Method BMI level <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Zulewskis clinical score for Hypothyroidism <br/ ><br>Outcome assessment will be done based upon the clinical symptomsTimepoint: Cases will be followed up once in 20-30 days for 4 to 6 months to one year or till follow up.

Name Time Method Pre and post assessment of TSH levels. <br/ ><br>Pre and post BMI levels <br/ ><br>Pre & post assessment will be done by comparing the scores of Zulewskis clinical score for Hypothyroidism <br/ ><br> Value of rubric in Murphy repertory will be elicited.Timepoint: After 1 year follow up will be taken every month and further treatment will be provided if necessory.
