Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. aged \>\= 20 years both males and females
  • •2\. history of heart failure
  • •3\. able to understand and communcate with Thai language

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Unstable angina
  • •2\. uncontrollable arrhythmia
  • •3\. resting blood pressure \> 180/100 mmHg
  • •4\. resting heart rate \> 1200 bpm
