Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. aged \>\= 20 years both males and females
- •2\. history of heart failure
- •3\. able to understand and communcate with Thai language
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unstable angina
- •2\. uncontrollable arrhythmia
- •3\. resting blood pressure \> 180/100 mmHg
- •4\. resting heart rate \> 1200 bpm
