Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • older adults addicted to SPs (n \= 70\) and those who were not (n \= 70\) based on the SAS\-SV\-TH questionnaire results, with summative scores of more than or equal to 31 (men) and 33 (women) indicating smartphone addiction.

Exclusion Criteria

  • previous history of injury to the neck, back, and lower limbs within the last 6 months, visual issues, diagnosis of neuromuscular or inner ear diseases, and intake of pills affecting the risk of falls.
