Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients (men and women) who are between 20 and 50 years old suffering from acute low back pain (LBP); back pain in patients is less than one month ) referred to the orthopedic clinic; willingness to participate in the study.
- •Exclusion criteria: history of those diseases, including: cardiovascular, kidney, lung, endocrinology and metabolism diseases and etc; patients who had a history of trauma; patients who consumed other medications to relieve pain other than Naproxen; patients who were treated with physiotherapy and patients with unwillingness to continue treatment.
