Inclusion Criteria
Patients with ICD10 J84.1 or J84.9 during 2015-2019 without active pulmonary tuberculosis, HIV and others connective tissue diseases.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with history of using amiodarone, chemotherapy and methrotexate.
2. No imaging finding which is compatible with fibrosis interstitial 3. Patients who are unable to give an information due to health or psychological conditions.
4. Dead.
