简要总结

Enuresis is a psychosomatic condition that frequently occurs in both girls and boys during their developmental periods. Boys suffer more often than girls. India estimate 7 to15 % prevalence rate among children and the numbers drop to 3to 5 % by the age of ten year.

According to (DSM-5)- Enuresis is define, when urine is voided twice a week for at least three consecutive months or the bed wetting causes significant distress to the child.In ayurveda shayyamutra can be correlated with enuresis and there are very limited reference available.

入选标准

  • patient of nocturnal enuresis will be selected from age group of 5-12 years of either gender when urine is voided twice a week for at least three consecutive months DSM5.

排除标准

  • patient with congenital anomalies known case of diabetes mellitus diabetes insipidus metabolic disorder known case of cystitis.

时间窗: 45 days with follow up 7th 15th 30th 45th day

次要结局

  • To observe adverse effect of drug if any(45 days with follow up at 7th th 15th 30th 45 days)
