- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The main purpose of this study is to estimate whether multispectral imaging can be useful when combined with a pulse oxymeter to estimate perfusion in human tissue. The evaluation takes place after the measurements are taken. The multispectral images are post-processed with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms to predict the perfusion state (perfused or non-perfused) of the skin. This prediction is compared to the ground truth state available because of the placement of a manual pressure cuff on the arm of the participants.
