Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria for Participant Selection:
- •Female college teachers.
- •Aged 25\-59 years.
- •Full\-time employment in government girls' colleges in Hyderabad district.
- •Willingness to participate in the study.
- •Ability to provide informed consent.
- •No current pregnancy or lactation.
- •No history of breast cancer.
- •Not on sabbatical leave or extended leave during the study period.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Females on sabbatical leave.
- •Breast cancer patients /survivors
