1. Adults aged more than 18 years old admitted in targeted regional hospitals
2. Clinical confirmation of pneumococcal pneumonia or invasive pneumococcal diseases by doctor in-charge at that time
3. Microbiological confirmation of Streptococcus pneumoniae correspondence with clinical data
4. Hospital admission timing between January 2010 to June 2023
1. Unable to retrieve complete clinical data during admission.
2. Unconfirmed clinical diagnosis of pneumococcal pneumonia or invasive pneumococcal diseases by doctor in-charge at the time of admission regardless of microbiological results
