- •1. Adults aged more than 18 years old admitted in targeted regional hospitals
- •2. Clinical confirmation of pneumococcal pneumonia or invasive pneumococcal diseases by doctor in-charge at that time
- •3. Microbiological confirmation of Streptococcus pneumoniae correspondence with clinical data
- •4. Hospital admission timing between January 2010 to June 2023
排除标准
- •1. Unable to retrieve complete clinical data during admission.
- •2. Unconfirmed clinical diagnosis of pneumococcal pneumonia or invasive pneumococcal diseases by doctor in-charge at the time of admission regardless of microbiological results
