•1\. Ages 18 old over or older with written informed consent from the individual
•2\. Outpatients who can come in for treatment and follow\-up
•3\. Patients with a single root and a single root canal with a radiographic transparency of the root apex before treatment and an enlarged root apex of 0\.55 to 0\.80 mm

•1\. patients with severe clenching and bruxism
•2\. patients with root fractures
•3\. patients with periodontal\-endodontic lesions and endodontic\-periodontal lesions 4\. patients with perforations

•5\. patients with a history of hypersensitivity, such as rash or dermatitis, to chemical substances, including raw materials of the materials under study
