•3. Patients with a single root and a single root canal with a radiographic transparency of the root apex before treatment and an enlarged root apex of 0.55 to 0.80 mm

•2. patients with root fractures
•3. patients with periodontal-endodontic lesions and endodontic-periodontal lesions 4. patients with perforations

•5. patients with a history of hypersensitivity, such as rash or dermatitis, to chemical substances, including raw materials of the materials under study
