Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) nursing postgraduate degree ;2\) working in pediatric ward;3\) minimum 6 month working record in the wards ;4\) willing to participate in the study;5\) familiarity with computer and multimedia CS use ;6\) accessing computer at home and workplace .
- •The inclusion criteria: 1\) reluctant to keep participating in the study.
