Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Criteria for inclusion:
  • ?Patients between the ages of 18 and 75 who had rectal cancer surgery and met the LARS diagnostic criteria;
  • ?Have basic communication and comprehension skills, as well as the ability to participate with examinations and treatments;
  • ?Informed consent must be signed.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patients with distant metastases that can't be removed all at once;
  • 2 Patients with anorectal dysfunction due to preoperative anal sphincter injury, anal malformation, inflammatory bowel disease, or other disorders;
  • 3 Biopsy pathology showed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucinous carcinoma;
  • 4 Patients with life-threatening heart, lung, or other systemic illnesses;
  • 5 Patients who have had a cardiac pacemaker implanted;
  • 6 Patients with mental illnesses and communication problems are unable to complete the follow-up evaluation accurately;
  • 7 Refused to be a part of the group.
