入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients > 50 years diagnosed with MCI as per NIAAA criteria
- •2. Right-handed individuals.
- •3. CDR â?? global score 0.5.
- •4. Patients meeting inclusion criteria recruited from geriatric psychiatry services, NIMHANS or community outreach activities.
- •5. Ability to give informed consent ascertained by a standardised assessment tool(Jeste et al., 2007)
- •6. Patients with chronic medical conditions that are stable
排除标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed with dementia.
- •2. Presence of other axis I mental illness
- •3. Patients diagnosed with reversible causes of MCI like hypothyroidism, Nutritional deficiencies, Subdural hematoma, chronic infections or NPH
- •4. H/o CVA, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy or Parkinsonian syndromes
- •5. Patients currently on antihistamines, anticholinergic drugs, sedatives or other such medications which interfere with cognitive functioning
- •6. Patients with substance use (not amounting to disorder) are not excluded but the data regarding the quantity of use will be collected
