Inclusion Criteria
Volunteers leadership nurse managers, on the hospital's humanization and family health team of the municipal government of São Paulo (Brazil)
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers who practice meditation regularly; problems with alcohol and/or drug abuse; diagnosis of mental illness or psychiatric treatment assessed the Sociodemographic and Clinical Questionnaire.

Name Time Method Expected outcome 1: Increase in Emotional Intelligence skills (Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills) of group experimental, measured by the Measurement of Emotional Intelligence, from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.
