1.Patients of both genders above 18 years & below 45 years with atrophic acne scar grade 2, 3 and 4(Goodman and Baron acne scar grade).
2.Patients willing to give a written informed consent.
Before starting the study
1.Patients with active acne lesions
2.Patients with unrealistic expectations
3.keloids/family history of keloids
4.Active skin infections like herpes, warts and bacterial infection,
5.History of herpes infection photosensitivity,
6.Pregnant & lactating mothers
7.on systemic or topical isotretinoin in the past 3 months
8.Patients with co-morbidities-DM, SHT, TB,CAD,EPILEPSY,BA, carcinomas,
9.Patients on immunosuppressive drugs, anti coagulants
10.Bleeding and coagulation disorders,HIV, HBV
During Study
1.If patient develops severe side effects like ulceration / intolerant to pain during the treatment
2.If patient wants alternate treatment during the study.
3.If patient wants to discontinue the treatment.
