入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Adult patients ( 18-60 yrs) of both genders.
- •2)Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologist Class 1-3.
- •3)Patients to undergo surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring i-gel placement.
排除标准
- •1)Uncooperative patients
- •2)Patients with history of facial, cervical, pharyngeal and epiglottis surgery or trauma, or intraoral swelling interfering with i-gel placement.
- •3)Mouth opening less than 1.5 cms
- •4)Patients with anterior neck swellings like thyroid swellings
- •5)Patients undergoing intubation & rapid sequence intubation
- •6)Patients undergoing surgeries for more than 2 hrs
