Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Adult patients ( 18\-60 yrs) of both genders.
- •2\)Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologist Class 1\-3\.
- •3\)Patients to undergo surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring i\-gel placement.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Uncooperative patients
- •2\)Patients with history of facial, cervical, pharyngeal and epiglottis surgery or trauma, or intraoral swelling interfering with i\-gel placement.
- •3\)Mouth opening less than 1\.5 cms
- •4\)Patients with anterior neck swellings like thyroid swellings
- •5\)Patients undergoing intubation \& rapid sequence intubation
- •6\)Patients undergoing surgeries for more than 2 hrs
