Inclusion Criteria
Residing in Kermanshah;having anthropometric, interstitial and behavioral risk factors of cardiovascular diseases;no history of heart diseases;having satisfied to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate with investigators; moved to another city during the study period;people with heart diseases; having inherited biological risk factors; the incidence heart diseases at the time of study
