Brief Summary

Students suffer from a lot of distractions and stress nowadays  which has resulted in decline in the attention of the students and ultimately affecting their learning. Mindfulness exercises are basically a type of meditation exercise in which focus is given on the present moment. So this study is carried out to assess the effect of Mindfulness exercises on attention and learning in Indian setting.
