Aim of study :
This study aims to find normative value for seated medicine ball test performance in professional boxers.
Significance of study:
The normative value of the seated medicine ball test can be used while screening professional boxers to rule out the risk of injury/ reinjury in the shoulder.
It can be used to find out the shoulder stability and mobility in professional boxers.
It can be used to detect the prognosis following injury to upper extremity especially shoulder in professional boxers.
It may be utilized to determine the players return to sport.

入选标准
- •Male and female professional boxers compete at state and national levels.
- •Age between 13 years and 35 years of age.
- •Minimum of 1 year of experience.
排除标准
- •History of any injury/ surgery around head shoulder, elbow and wrist complex for past 6 months.
- •Those who are having any shoulder pain and/or discomfort after practice sessions.
- •Currently complaining of any musculoskeletal pain other than upper extremity.
- •Participating at district level.
