Informed Consent.
-Surgery in beach chair position.
-Adult patients.
-BMI > 20 and < 30 kg/m2.
-For the subgroup of invasive monitoring further inclusion criteria have to be fulfilled:
oIndication for invasive blood pressure monitoring as judged by the responsible anesthesiologist
•Not fulfilling the inclusion criteria.
•Hemodynamic instability
•Severe vascular disease in the non operated-on arm
•Additional monitoring time-critical according to the responsible anesthesiologist.
•Participation in another study.
•Previous enrolment into the current study.
•Pregnancy.
