入选标准

  • Clinical diagnosed asthma
  • age >= 18 year
  • Treated with low to moderate dose of ICS/LABA
  • Not well control asthma (ACT score < 20 or physician diagnosed as not well controlled asthma

排除标准

  • History of severe exacerbation including hospitalization / ER visit in the precious year.
  • Pregnancy or child bearing.
  • Subjects who were treated with systemic steroid in the previous 6 months.
  • Subjects who were treated with LAMA.
  • Subjects who were treated with montelukast in the last 3 months.
  • age >= 80 years
