入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age = 65 years
- •2.Isolated Hip fracture patients
- •3.ASA physical status 1 and 2
- •4.Elective and emergency surgery under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.BMI > 30
- •2.Cardiac rhythm other than sinus
- •3.Uncontrolled hypertension,
- •4.Cardiac disease including cardiomyopathy and mild to severe valve disease, pulmonary hypertension,
- •5.Peripheral arterial disease or atherosclerosis
- •6.Preoperative cervical vascular ultrasound abnormalities including plaque, stenosis and anatomic variation
- •7.Any preexisting conditions which preclude neck ultrasonography
- •8.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia (bleeding tendency, allergy to local anaesthetics, sepsis, infection of the needle insertion site)
- •9.Head injury
- •10.Patients having baseline MAP < 65 mm hg
- •11.Inability to understand the study information sheet; and refusal
