- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of our study is to develop a biomarker panel on the basis of gene expression anlysis by microarray technique. With the information of the altered gene expression of few selected marker genes a precise diagnosis, prognosis and individually adapted therapy regimen will be established.
The requirement for this biomolecular diagnostic tool is to be reliable, cost-efficient, quick and sensitive.
The microarray analysis of the collected samples is carried out at the moment with special softwear and not finished yet.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method One aim of our project was to develop a simple and economic device to diagnose and categorize the oral squamous cell carcinoma on the basis of clinical data combined with genetic alterations.
