Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 20 -40 years
- •Gender Both male and female
- •Pain from last one week
- •Palpable tender spots in the upper trapezius muscle
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of refereed pain due to cervical pathology
- •Fracture or healing fracture over neck and upper back region
- •Dermatitis over the upper back
- •Clotting disorder
- •Wound over neck
- •Shoulder pathology
- •Degenerative cervical spine
