入选标准
- •Male or female, age equal or greater than 55 years but no upper age limit
- •At least two of the following additional risk factors:
- •Age equal or greater than 70 years
- •Body mass index > 25 kg/m2
- •Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- •Cardiovascular disease
- •Corticosteroid use
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Contraindications to unfractionated heparin or LMWH
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Recent ( <48 hours) or planned spinal or epidural anesthesia or puncture, PCI or thrombolytic therapy within the preceding 24 hours
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Increased risk for bleeding complications (liver disease, recent haemorrhagic stroke, prior major bleeding or predisposition to bleeding, alcohol use)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Pregnant women
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Severe renal impairment (GFR < 30 mL/min)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Receiving any antiplatelet therapy (with the exception of low dose (ââ?°Â¤100mg) aspirin) or anticoagulant therapy (e.g. VKA, DOAC)
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients participating in an interventional study that is outside the purview of TRI sponsored studies.
