- •Module 1 Interviews: Presence of arterial hypertension,
- •Module 1 questionnaires: presence of arterial hypertension and covered by the AOK Nordost.
- •Module 2a: participation in a behavioral prevention course offered by AOK Nordost,
- •Module 2b: Use of a hypertension app within the last two years,
- •Module 3a: Current outpatient activity as a family doctor/family physician,
- •Module 3b: Current activity as a specialist in cardiology.
排除标准
- •Patients should be able to speak German and understandable oral communication should not be an obstacle. There should be no severe impairment of mental and cognitive abilities.
