Inclusion Criteria

Being primiparous
Gestational age of at least 37 weeks
Fetus with Presentation cephalic
Spontaneous delivery begins
Cervical dilatation between 4-5 cm
Lack of contraception such as placenta previa
Absence of high risk pregnancy
No history of psychological disorder
Reading and writing skills
Estimation of fetal weight less than 4000 g by ultrasound
Vaginal examination based on normal pelvic examination

Exclusion Criteria

Multiply
Preterm delivery
High-risk pregnancy
Lack of literacy
