简要总结
This prospective, randomized, study will be conducted in Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College and Research Centre at Moradabad.
Patient will be defined PCOS as per Rotterdam criteria
Patient will be recruited as per inclusion and exclusion criteria
Duration of infertility Demographic profile and hormonal profile will be noted
Patient will be posted for hysteroscopic evaluation
Each patient will be explained the entire procedure in English/Hindi language. Written informed consent for the procedure will be taken from all the patients and participation sheet will be filled out.
Hysteroscopy will be done with karl storz 30 degree rigid hysteroscope with 4.3mm inner sheath and 5 mm outer sheath with working channel with Normal Saline distension media.
Entire uterine cavity will be examined and findings will be noted
Endometrial biopsy will be taken from the abnormal area and if no abnormal area is noted then endometrial biopsy will be taken from random sites under hysteroscopic guidance
Endometrial sample will be sent for histopathological examination
Findings of hysteroscopic and histopathological examination will be compared with appropriate statistical tests.

- •Infertile PCOS women with normal endometrial thickness on USG.
排除标准
- •Any other uterine lesion on USG PID Tubal Infertility Endometrial polyp on USG Progesterone intake in last 3 months.
