入选标准
- •All consecutive consenting adult patients of either gender, between 18-65 years of age, undergoing lower limb surgeries below knee under popliteal sciatic nerve block will be included in this trial
排除标准
- •We will exclude patients from this trial if patient has history of allergy to local anesthetics, Patients who are pre operatively on opioids, Patient with coagulopathies or on anticoagulant therapy, infection at the injection site and significant cardiopulmonary disease
