Inclusion Criteria

(1)History of spinal trauma, ASIA classification for incomplete spinal cord injury ;
(2)Patients with neurogenic bladder who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association Urology Branch ( CUA )
(3)Age 18-65 years old, stable vital signs, clear consciousness ;
(4)The course of disease was less than 6 months, and the indwelling catheter was removed.
(5)Informed of this study and signed a consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

(1)Cognitive impairment, speech disorders ;
(2)Severe urinary tract injury, recurrent urinary tract infection, autonomic hyperreflexia ;
(3)Severe benign prostatic hyperplasia, urogenital system tumors, severe urethral stricture ;
(4)Patients who had undergone genitourinary system surgery or sacral nerve electrical stimulation ;
(5)Patients with coagulation disorders or severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction ;
(6)Pregnant or lactating women ;
(7)Allergic to Bromobisdamine Tablets ;
(8)Fear of acupuncture or intolerance of electroacupuncture ;
(9)Participants in other subjects.
