Patients undergoing live related renal transplant
Patients having severe left ventricular dysfunction with ejection fraction less than 40%, diabetes, hemoglobin less than 8 gram %, severe pulmonary disease or liver disease, majo vascular anomaly of donated organ were excluded from the study. Patients requiring intraoperative blood transfusion were excluded
