Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) subject those who are willing to participate 2\) age between to 20\-28
- •3\) craniovertebral angle less than 50 degree 4\) both girls and boys having forward head posture
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) subject who had history of cervical surgery, injury limiting activities, spinal cord compression, spinal tumour, Spinal instability
- •2 ) history of cervical fracture, inflammatory disease of spine, spinal infection
- •3\) subject having neuromuscular condition, previous shoulder injury
- •4\) subject who can not perform exercise
