- •1) subject those who are willing to participate 2) age between to 20-28
- •3) craniovertebral angle less than 50 degree 4) both girls and boys having forward head posture
排除标准
- •1) subject who had history of cervical surgery, injury limiting activities, spinal cord compression, spinal tumour, Spinal instability
- •2 ) history of cervical fracture, inflammatory disease of spine, spinal infection
- •3) subject having neuromuscular condition, previous shoulder injury
- •4) subject who can not perform exercise
