Inclusion Criteria
Patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection by PCR (or rapid test when available) diagnosis from nasopharynx, oropharynx, stool, or blood at the completion of their isolation period OR first degree relatives of these patients (in case of patient death)
Exclusion Criteria
• No consent
• No ability to communicate in a language adequate for the patient
