入选标准
- •1The patient will be selected irrespective of gender, religion,
- •occupation, marital status.
- •2Subjects of the age in between 20 - 60 years.
- •3Predignosed patient with clinical features and USG showing ureteric
- •calculus of size from 4 mm to 7mm single or multiple calculus will be taken
- •for treatment.
- •4Patient with grade 2 and grade 3 haematuria.
- •5Patient with controlled DM and HT
排除标准
- •1Patient with medical cause of haematuria like bleeding disorders,
- •glomerulonephritis, IgA, Nephropathy, Drug induced Haematuria etc.
- •2Patients of shukrashmari.
- •3Patient having Renal failure.
- •4Case which required surgical intervention
- •5Patients suffering from following conditions K/C/O
- •-HIV, HbsAg
- •-Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
- •-Uncontrolled HTN
- •-Tuberculosis
- •6Urine retention:- chronic.
- •7Severe hydronephrosis, hydroureter
- •8Parathyroidism
- •9Pyelonephritis
- •11Any malignancy
- •ï?· Pregnant and lactating women
