Inclusion Criteria
1. Subjects willing to participate in the study.
2. Not participating in another research.
3. Free from musculoskeletal injury that will affect their compliance to participate.
4. Age group between 18-30 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Not willing to participate.
2. Any recent and unhealed fracture.
3. Any injury in past 6 month.
4. Any other neurological, cardiovascular and psychological pathology.
5. Uncooperative subject.
Any history of malignancy, tuberculosis, and infective conditions.
