入选标准
- •1) Unilateral MCA stroke- both ischemic and hemorrhagic.
- •2) Stroke at sub-acute stage (1 to 6 months) (51)
- •3) Impaired UE motor function indicating ‘mild to moderate’ level
- •4) At least a score of ‘1’ on the hand items of FMA-UE for finger mass extension/grasp release
- •5) Right handed prior to stroke (Edinburgh handedness inventory: score ≥ 8/10)
- •6) No cognitive impairments (mini-mental state examination ≥ 24)
- •7) Normal or corrected vision (NIHSS-visual field = 0)
排除标准
- •1. Severe pain on upper extremity that interferes activities of daily life as indicated by FMA-UE pain = 0 on ≥ 3/5 joints.
- •2. Evidence of visual neglect (NIHSS neglect item ≥ 1)
- •3. Severely restricted passive range of motion at shoulder and elbow (Fugl Meyer, PROM = 0)
- •4. Severe to total sensory loss in UE indicated by NIHSS-sensory = 2
- •5. Medically or surgically unstable participants
- •6. Participants who are unable to sit independently for at least one hour.
