Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. People who living with TB/MDR\-TB patients for 2 months, will select only one person in the household that meets the inclusion criteria.
  • •2\. Tuberculin skin test negative (TST less or equal to 15 mm)
  • •3\. Age 20 to 40 year
  • •4\. Body weight more than 50 kg
  • •5\. Cooperation and can participate at least 2 months of the program
  • •6\. No immune deficiency condition and not take an immunosuppressive drug
  • •7\. Nonexercise participant, for example, does not work that requires physical exertion or exercise regularly
  • •8\. The maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) less than 40 ml/kg/min
  • •9\. Not have precaution of exercise

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Chronic pulmonary disease
  • •2\. Infectious arthritis
  • •3\. Underlying of diabetes mellitus
  • •4\. History of HIV\+
  • •5\. Use supplement products /food
  • •6\. Pregnancy
  • •7\. Anemia (Hb less than 7 g/dL)
