Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. People who living with TB/MDR\-TB patients for 2 months, will select only one person in the household that meets the inclusion criteria.
- •2\. Tuberculin skin test negative (TST less or equal to 15 mm)
- •3\. Age 20 to 40 year
- •4\. Body weight more than 50 kg
- •5\. Cooperation and can participate at least 2 months of the program
- •6\. No immune deficiency condition and not take an immunosuppressive drug
- •7\. Nonexercise participant, for example, does not work that requires physical exertion or exercise regularly
- •8\. The maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) less than 40 ml/kg/min
- •9\. Not have precaution of exercise
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Chronic pulmonary disease
- •2\. Infectious arthritis
- •3\. Underlying of diabetes mellitus
- •4\. History of HIV\+
- •5\. Use supplement products /food
- •6\. Pregnancy
- •7\. Anemia (Hb less than 7 g/dL)
