Inclusion Criteria
1. Uncomplicated Full Term Pregnant Females of age 20-30yrs.
2. Prolonged pregnancy (Gestational Age above 40 (6/7) weeks by LMP & above 38 6/7 weeks by USG).
3. Live, Singleton pregnancy with cephalic presentation.
4. Normal NST.
5. Absence of active labor.
Exclusion Criteria
1. High Risk mother, high risk fetus & precious pregnancy.
2. Premature rupture of membrane.
3. Previous caesarian section.
5. Malpresentation.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Onset of Active Labor and normal progress. <br/ ><br>2.Delivery of fetus with minimal inteference. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1.Induction of labor at 10pm. <br/ ><br>2.Onset of Active Labor within 6hrs after drug consumption assessment will be done at 6am on following day of induction. <br/ ><br>3.Delivery of fetus with minimal inteference withn 18hrs after drug consumption . <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Uneventful progress and complition of labor Without interfering maternal and fetal health.Timepoint: 1. FHS per 1hour after induction. <br/ ><br>2.assessment of bishop score 6 hourly after induction of labor and before staring of active labor pain and 4 hourly after onset of active labor pain. <br/ ><br>3.AROM will be done aftr 5cms cervical dilation with active labor pain. <br/ ><br>4.Uneventful progress and complition of labor Without interfering maternal and fetal health within 18hrs after consumption of drug.
