Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA 1 TO 4
2.Unilateral multiple rib fractures ( more than one rib )
Exclusion Criteria
1. Inability to comprehend Verbal Numeric Rating Scale and purpose of the study.
2. Infection at the catheter insertion site.
3. Any contraindications for the use of study drugs.

Name Time Method Dynamic pain relief assessed while doing incentive spirometry measurement (Verbal Numeric Rating Scale - VNRS )Timepoint: Before and 1 hour after the intervention (Drug administration - either Local Anesthetic or systemic analgesic)
