Inclusion Criteria

Individuals who have the indication of bilateral extraction of impacted third molars.

Exclusion Criteria

Those individuals who do not perform bilateral extraction of affected impacted third molars, who do not subscribe to the ICCT, individuals who are allergic or intolerant to the substances used in the study, in treatment that affects blood clotting, in psychiatric treatment, pregnant or lactating women, women who do use oral contraceptives, diabetics, with periodontal disease or active infection, smokers of more than 10 cigarettes per day and individuals with poor and non-cooperative hygiene.
