- •Normal coagulation status
- •Age > 18 Y/O

- •Patient avoidance to sign informed consent
- •Platelet level < 70000 or INR>1.5
- •Intrahepatic biliary ducts dilatation
- •Severe acsitis
- •Impossibility of randomization due to patient's liver lesion conditions
