Inclusion Criteria
Active knee extension test inability to reach 70 degree or more of knee extension
swimmers and non swimmers both
Exclusion Criteria
History of lower extremity injury in the past 3 months
Neurological conditions affecting lower limbs
Active Infection
Open Wounds
Allergy to chlorine
Systemic Illness
Hydrophobia
Individual with recent history of cough, cold and fever
