1.Age 15-70 years old
2.Bleeding peptic ulcer which is achieved hemostasis by the endoscopic intervention(if adrenaline injection is used combination therapy should be applied)
3.Feeding via oral
4.No active malignancy
1.Not achieve hemostasis by the endoscopic intervention
2.Pregnancy and lactation
3.Patient who receives protease inhibitor
4.Advanced cirrhosis CTP C
5.Patient with active cardiovascular disease
