living alone in the target region
- geriatric risk of falling
- wirtten consent to participate
Group A: Standard emergency detection system
Group B: No standard emergency detection system
Exclusion Criteria
- living in a nursing home
- no geriatric risk of falling
- no legally valid consent to study participation (possible)
- insufficient German language skills
- not insured with one of the participating health insurance companies
- inadequate conditions in the home environment (e.g. larger pets)
