- •Older than 18 years; patients who remain in the ICU for up to 7 days; use of enteral and / or parenteral nutritional therapy.
排除标准
- •Under 18 years old; patients on end-of-life care or withdrawal of life support treatments within 7 days of inclusion; pregnant; contraindication of protein supply by the medical care team; acute or chronic kidney injury; dialysis dependence; acute or chronic liver failure

The Effect of Higher Protein Dosing in Critically Ill Patients: A Multicenter Randomized Trialutritionally high-risk critically ill mechanically ventilated patients. In this sub-study, eligible and enrolled patients randomized to the high protein dose group will achieve its protein goals by adding high protein PN to EN (combined EN/PN).
